This casual position is responsible for assisting in maximizing sales through customer service at the Carlton Shop operated at Visy Park, Carlton match games and Carlton functions.
Reports to:
- Merchandise Manager
Responsibilities:
- Liaising/assisting all customers/clients at the Carlton Shop and Match Day Venues
- Assisting with maintaining merchandise standards to maximize sales
- High presentation standards of the Carlton Shop in terms of stock displays, point of sales displays, store presentation and cleanliness
- Complying with all shop policies and requests of the Merchandise Manager with respect to receiving payments from customers
- Assisting with Stock Control and Inventory Management
- Processing online orders in a timely fashion
Skills and Experience:
- Strong customer focus and delivers outstanding customer service
- Cash handling, Eftpos transactions experience
- Telephone/Internet orders experience
- Flexible - able to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Positive personality
- Work well within a team environment and leads by example
- Retail/Sales experience an advantage
