Reporting to the Marketing Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overall end-to-end coordination, set up and delivery of EFC’s match day functions as well as other events as assigned;
- Organization and coordination of yearly match day function inclusions such as themes, content, entertainment, talent and player appearances;
- Event Coordination/assistance to the Event Manager across all Essendon events as required;
- Budgeting and match day profit and loss reports;
- Preparation of seating plans, nametags, door lists/guest lists; and
- Match day set up/bump in and bump out.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Understanding and experience in planning and delivering high quality events aligned to objectives and target audience;
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills;
- High level of oral and written communication skills;
- Strong understanding of budget processes;
- High attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask and deliver upon multiple stakeholder expectations;
- High competency in the Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; and
- Capable of working a wide array of hours with a varying time schedule to suit the seasonal priorities of the football industry.

- Resilience – ability to work to deadlines and stay focused under pressure.
