The Western Bulldogs, as one of the 18 clubs of the Australian Football League (AFL) and situated in the fastest growing region of Australia, is breaking new ground in delivering sustainable, high level performances, both on and off the field. After bringing our membership department back in-house late last year, we are now seeking a supervisor to manage and lead our Membership Services team.

 

The objective of this position is to ensure the provision of exceptional customer experience through the service and relationship built between the Club and our members. In this role you will be expected to develop a ‘Sales and Service’ culture by managing and developing procedures and standards to ensure that customers receive an efficient and high quality experience from the Membership Services Team.

 

You will spend most of your working day managing a small team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to members and fans through differing communications channels including phone, email and in person. Your role will be to ensure that ongoing training and feedback is provided to the Membership Services team. You will be expected to lead by example in the areas of communication, presentation, body language and professionalism.

 

The successful candidate will have experience in a high volume customer service environment and the capability to supervise a small team. Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

This role is required to have flexible working hours, including weekend work, based on a requirement roster. In particular you are expected to attend Western Bulldogs home/away games and events as required by the Western Bulldogs.
