A brand new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Merchandise Online Coordinator to join the Western Bulldogs. We are one of the 18 clubs of the Australian Football League (AFL) and situated in the fastest growing region of Australia.
We are seeking a Merchandise Online Coordinator to assist the Merchandise Manager in the delivery of overall Bulldogs Direct e-commerce program and our overall retail operations. The key responsibilities of the role include developing and delivering new initiatives to drive online sales and meet the needs of the club’s members and supporters. The successful candidate will coordinate online orders including dispatch and also assist the Merchandise Manager in the delivery of the Online Auction site. The Merchandise Online Coordinator will also be responsible to looking at best practice e-commerce and retail Social Media ideas from around the globe to help drive engagement and create a better online customer experience.
This position will also spend an average of three days per week in our Bulldogs Central retail outlet with a focus on customer service which is the key to not only maintaining but also increasing our member and customer satisfaction levels.
The successful candidate will have experience in retail operations as well as exposure and/or knowledge of online retail processes and strategies. You will have a commitment to making the customer your number one priority and to lead by example. Ideally you will have a minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.

• Teamwork - Ability to work and lead people in such a manner as to build high morale and encourages a group approach to achieving goals and objectives
This role is required to have flexible working hours, including weekend work, based on match day requirements.
