Members and supporters have their final chance to officially farewell both Adem Yze and Jeff White at today's free aftermatch function at Olympic Park. 

All players and coaching staff will be in attendance and there will be lots of free activities, including a jumping castle, pony rides, live DJ and a dance workshop.
