Following the recent AFL Trade Week, BulldogsTV speaks to the Club’s General Manager of Football James Fantasia to reflect on the seven-day player exchange period.

Through the Trade Week period the Bulldogs gained pick 49 and 70 in the 2011 AFL National Draft in addition to a third round compensation pick that can be used in any one of the drafts between 2011 and 2015.

The Club traded out three players - Sam Reid (Greater Western Sydney), Josh Hill (West Coast Eagles) and Ben Hudson (Brisbane Lions).

Looking forward to future drafts, Fantasia provides an insight into how the Club plans to use their two compensation picks to maximize the benefit for the Bulldogs list.
