Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Media Coordinator’s key responsibilities will include:
? Liaison between the media and all players, coaches and officials
? Producing content for the Club website, publications and social media channels
? Updating content on Club website
? Coordination of press conferences
? Prepared to work on weekends and some travel

It is preferred that the successful candidate holds a tertiary a degree in media or communications. Experience working in the media and on website content management systems would be an advantage as would prior experience working in a professional sporting environment.

Expected core competencies will centre on sound organisational, communication and teamwork skills. A professional and ethical approach will underpin your ability to demonstrate discretion when dealing with confidential information.
