Peter Stevens helps Shields drive away
Carlton’s International Rookie, Michael Shields, received a huge boost recently when loyal Carlton sponsor and employee Peter Stevens assisted Michael with the purchase of a Hyundai.
Shields, who had arrived in Australia from Cork in Ireland late in 2007, had previously been relying on teammates to help get him around his new home town.
“Its great to finally have a car here in Melbourne,” Michael told carltonfc.com.au.
