Collingwood’s Travis Cloke and Nathan Brown have returned to the senior side set to face Carlton at the MCG on Saturday afternoon.

Cloke returns after serving a two-week suspension for striking Port Adelaide’s Travis Boak while Brown was announced as a late recall after veteran Simon Prestigiacomo pulled up sore from Friday's training.

Tarkyn Lockyer has been omitted after playing in the last six contests.

"Presti felt some soreness in his groins after training," general manager of football Geoff Walsh told collingwoodfc.com.au on Friday afternoon.

"We had to make a late change to the named 22 and brought in defender Nathan Brown."

Cloke will aim to emulate his round six performance against the Blues earlier this year when the 23-year-old racked up a season high 19 disposals, 15 kicks and 12 marks in the 53-point win.??

Brown, who has played 42 games since he arrived at the club via overall pick 10 in the 2006 draft, will run out for his sixth senior game this year.  The 21-year-old was named in the VFL best last weekend, racking up 21 possessions and seven marks.

Leon Davis will be the second consecutive Magpie to celebrate his 200th AFL match after Ben Johnson reached the milestone last week. Davis, 29, is enjoying his 11th season as a Magpie after the club selected him with pick 34 in the 1999 AFL draft.

Josh Fraser remains on the cusp of reaching his 200th AFL match, named as an emergency for the fifth straight week, joining Lockyer and Simon Buckley.??

On the injury front, Heath Shaw is still plagued by a back complaint and will miss a second straight week.

Both sides will also be battling for the Peter Mac Cup on Saturday afternoon.  Now in its 18th year, the match is designed to raise funds and awareness for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, the only specialist cancer hospital in Australia.

Carlton, meanwhile, welcome back Brad Fisher (98 games/126 goals) to the side at the expense of David Ellard (2 games/1 goal).  Fisher has returned after undergoing LARS surgery after injuring his knee against Sydney in round one of the 2010 NAB Cup.
