Collingwood's Tyson Goldsack and Dale Thomas will both be available for Saturday's AFL Grand Final after the Match Review Panel reviewed incidents involving the two Magpies from Friday's preliminary final win.

Goldsack was charged with a level one rough conduct offence against Matthew Stokes and accepted 93.74 points towards his future record.

Thomas came under scrutiny for his front-on bump on Harry Taylor during the second quarter.

The bump left Taylor lying flat on his back and the umpire paid him a free kick for high contact.

But the kick was never taken, as an interchange infringement resulted in Thomas getting a shot a goal, which he converted.

The panel found Thomas had his hands on the ball when contact was made and it was a legitimate attempt to gather the ball.

Official AFL Match Review Panel findings

Tyson Goldsack's contact on Matthew Stokes:
The incident was assessed as negligent conduct (one point), low impact (one point) and high contact (two points). This is a total of four activation points, resulting in a classification of a Level One offence, drawing 125 demerit points and a one-match sanction. He has no existing good or bad record. An early plea reduces the sanction by 25 per cent to a reprimand and 93.75 points towards his future record.

Dale Thomas' contact on Harry Taylor:
Contact between Collingwood’s Dale Thomas and the Geelong Cats’ Harry Taylor from the second quarter of Friday’s match was assessed. The panel said it was their view that Thomas was coming in to contest the ball when he made contact with player Taylor. The Collingwood player had his hands on the ball when contact was made and it was a legitimate attempt to gather the ball. No further action was taken.
