The club is urging all supporters to join the Magpie Army and be part of the ‘March to October’ in 2011, commencing with the first game against Port Adelaide on March 26 next year.
“2011 is all about the Magpie Army standing Side by Side on the March to October,” said Collingwood CEO Gary Pert.
“Our membership brand is ‘Side by Side’, which our members and supporters have responded extremely well to, and each year we will give our membership brand a personality.
“In 2011 that brand personality is all about the Magpie Army, which is something that has been created and developed by our members over time, due to their phenomenal passion and commitment,” Pert added.
Having signed over 58,000 members in 2010, the club is aiming to reach and exceed its stated goal of 60,000 members in 2011.
The club is urging supporters to enlist online at http://membership.collingwoodfc.com.au/, or by calling 1300 MAGPIE (62 47 43).
