Played all 26 matches averaging a career high number of disposals (24.0) and tackles (3.5).  Was extremely consistent over the season and shined brightest through the finals.  He averaged 26.5 disposals, eight marks and kicked one goal in each of the four matches.  In his fifth season of footy showed he was capable of running out games and having a four-quarter impact.  Notched his 100th game midway through the season.  It was his fourth-quarter goal in the grand final replay which extended the lead out to 53-points and sealed the win for a large contingent of the Magpie Army.

2010 highlights

Round 10 v Brisbane: Polled two Brownlow votes in a losing effort.  Racked up 34 possessions 12 marks and booted one goal at the Gabba. 

Qualifying final v Western Bulldogs: A career-high 22 kicks combined with seven marks and one goal was a sign of things to come for the Magpie during finals.
