Here are Josh's answers to this week's top questions:
Hi Josh
I love the eagles and i especially love you, i want to be an eagle one day, you boys inspire me =). my question is will you be an eagle for life?
From Sebastian
Hey Sebastian!
Well I hope so!! You always want to stay at the club you're currently at and I'd love to be a part of the Eagles for the rest of my career! Hopefully I will be! You never know with footy but it's pretty crazy, but I'd love to play for West Coast till it's time for me to retire!
Hi my name is Brenton,
My question is, what position on the ladder do think the Eagles will finish?
Hey Brenton,
Well if you'd have asked me at the start of the season, I would of said definitely not last, and about 7-11th....maybe sneak into a final. Now it's possible to finish top four! We still have a lot to work on but I believe we can hold this fifth spot for the rest of the year!
Hey Josh,
I was over there at Easter time and one of the ground cleaners (a dockers supporter) said that you guys are playing more like a team this year compared to other years. Is that true? Could that be the reason why you guys are winning more?
Alan
Alan mate, I reckon we are aswell,
I was on the phone to my mum the other day and from what she said about the Carlton game, and pevious games, was that it looks like we are playing for each other, which is great to hear from people watching us play!
We are working a lot harder for each other and we are starting to build a really tight group. We are realising now that individual efforts only get you so far, so if everyone works together than the result comes a lot easier with everyone playing their part!
Hey Josh
Great win on the weekend, must be great to get a win over your old side for the first time. What do you like to do before a game? Is there any favourite songs you like to play before the game? If so, can you please tell me? Good luck for the remainder of the season.
Regards Cody
Yeah, was great to win agaisnt the Blues! My first win agaisnt them so I was happy!
Yeah, me and Luke Shuey are usually boppin' around the changerooms just before our warm up listening to Pitbull's song, 'Give me Everything'. We love it haha!! But I'll listen to anything from Red Hot Chilli Peppers to Jimmy Barnes to Johnny Cash.
Hey Josh,
Great win by the boys on the weekend, it was a great match to watch. Thank god that the bye has come because now you and Lecca can shave off those beards.
I have one question for you, why is it when ever someone kicks a goal they come running to the bench?
From Bec, good luck for the Geelong game in a few weeks
Haha, well the bet is between six of us and now it's the last man standing, which means the last one out of the six of us wins the money we have put in! But I'll tell you a little secret, I'm shaving it off today because I can't stand it!
I'd rather pay the money than grow it! Hopefully the boys keep going becuase I'd love to see Lecca by the end of the year!!
Yeah, it's not really a thing that always happens but usually we have rotations during the quater and if someone kicks a goal, it's a good time to get off. Usually if you have kicked one, it's time for a rest, you're not just thinking that when you kick one, you've got to run off.
I think that when goals are kicked, rotaions usually happen becasue it's the best time and usually if someone hasn't had a rest and they kick one, they feel its time to rest!
