Both roles will involve face-to-face interaction with members and you will be required to work at some major club events, including each home game at Patersons Stadium.
A proven background in customer service with a clear commitment to providing excellent service to go above and beyond for our members at all times is absolutely essential.

Membership Services Officer (Raffle) (Part time role) – AV 10 2013
This position is tasked with coordinating the club’s annual Community Goals raffle from inception to final draw. From sourcing prizes, permit submissions, marketing and book design, liaising with on-sellers, coordination of internal processing of raffle books, financial reporting and forecasting and carrying out the draw.
Membership Services Officer – (full time role) - AV 11 2013
This main duty of the Membership Services Officer is to provide exceptional service to our current membership base. In addition to general membership duties, this role will provide support for the clubs supporter groups cheer squad, manage the membership inbox, report on attendance and membership figures and trends and assist in building membership.
