The Lions have added Daniel Bradshaw, Justin Sherman and Travis Johnstone to their team to face Melbourne at the MCG this Sunday afternoon at 1:10pm.
Bradshaw, who has kicked 43 goals in ten matches this season, returns after spending two weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring complaint. The Lions full-forward has enjoyed playing against Melbourne in recent seasons with 23 goals from his past three matches against the Demons.
Johnstone will face his former Club for the second time in two months after passing a fitness test at training on Wednesday. Johnstone injured his hamstring against the Bulldogs in Round 11 and was a late withdrawal for last Saturday night’s match against Adelaide.
Sherman also returns after missing one week with a back injury.
Lachlan Henderson, James Polkinghorne and Cheynee Stiller have been omitted from the side that triumphed over Adelaide by 13 points last week at the Gabba.
Rookie Scott Clouston, who was elevated to the senior list on Thursday in place of retired ruckman Beau McDonald, has been named as an emergency along with Polkinghorne and Stiller.
Lions draftee Tom Collier has retained his spot in the team and is set to play his second match for the Club after an impressive debut last week against the Crows.
