Terms and Conditions
1. One entry per $100 donation to go into the draw to win. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be submitted.
2. Lunch scheduled at Lions Den - Chalk Hotel, Brisbane, Queensland
3. Up to five winners will be drawn for the lunch.
4. Only one lunch per year in 2011.
5. Winners are responsible for transportation to and from the event.
6. Event includes all donations of $A100 or more received between 1st January 2011 and
5th October 2011.
7. All donations for entry into the competition must be made to The Brisbane Lions Foundation and must be received by the Foundation at PO Box 7203, East Brisbane QLD 4169 by 5th October 2011.
8. The Competition winners will be drawn on 6th October 2011.
9. Lunch can not be redeemed for cash or other.
10. Winners will be notified by telephone by 12th October 2011.
11. The prize is non-transferable. If winners cannot attend, another winner will be redrawn.
12. If the winners cannot be contacted, another winner will be redrawn and notified by 13th October 2011.
13. Only one ticket for lunch per individual winner.
14. Board Members and employees of the Brisbane Lions AFC and The Brisbane Lions Foundation are restricted from entering this competition.
15. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
