Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer this role will be responsible for all junior football operations and management of the Club’s talent development programs within the West Adelaide zone.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Elite Development Program
• Country and Metropolitan Zones
• Talent & Development Programs
• Player Management and Welfare
• Talent Identification
• Coach Education
• SANFL / AFL Liaison
• Volunteers Management
It is essential that you have experience within a football environment at Club or League level. You will further require outstanding administration, communication and computer skills.
It is expected that you have gained tertiary qualifications in a sports related discipline and have attained Level 2 Coaching Accreditation or be prepared to obtain this Accreditation.
