The Saints have returned determined and focused on reaching success in season 2011, after their testing and exhilarating week long training camp in New Zealand.
Players were pushed out of their comfort zones with extreme adrenalin pumping activities including canyon swinging, white water rafting and jet boat riding occupying the itinerary.
Back to training at the Linen House Centre at Frankston this morning, the boys are now continuing with their rigorous pre-season schedule.
With its first NAB Cup clash against Brisbane and Essendon under three weeks away, the side is gearing up and excited ahead of the commencement of the pre-season competition.
