I’m a huge fan of the St Kilda Football Club :). I am writing to you to ask if the boys ever go to regional areas to visit? A lot of the locals in Bendigo wish to go to the family days you run but can not make the trip. It would be a great honour to have you visit our beautiful city and a lot of the locals would be overjoyed.

It is great to hear you are such a big supporter of the Club.

Each year we conduct a range of country visits as part of the AFL’s program for extending the reach of the sport within regional areas. Unfortunately the exact locations of our visits are not decided by us, but are worked out internally by the AFL to ensure a wide spread of communities are visited by the individual Clubs.

As a major town in country Victoria we would love to be able to pay a visit to you in Bendigo sometime in the near future, so will eagerly await the venues of our next regional visits in 2011.
