Emerging Richmond midfielder Ben Nason has been cleared of serious injury following Saturday’s NAB Cup clash with Hawthorn.
Nason left the field on a stretcher early in the match after hyper-extending his knee, but scans later showed only bone bruising.
The Tigers’ other injury concern from the match was Adam Thomson, who was also stretchered off after receiving a blow to the head, suffered mild concussion.
Daniel Jackson and Troy Simmonds, who both missed the Hawthorn match through injury, will be available for selection in Richmond’s NAB Challenge match next weekend after rejoining the main training group.
The Tigers play in Yea on Saturday February 27, against the loser of the Geelong vs North Melbourne NAB Cup match this Sunday.
