1. Healthy Choices
The Pfizer Australia TeamSWANS Healthy Choices Program is aimed at school children in year six.

The transition from primary to secondary school is a major challenge in a child’s life and the program is designed to encourage students to understand that they are in control of the choices they make.

It promotes the idea of "Healthy Body, Healthy Mind" and sessions are conducted by Swans players to raise awareness and highlight the importance to children of taking responsibility to make healthy choices in all aspects of their life.

Using a program designed by Ray McLean from Athlete Development Australia, the Pfizer Australia TeamSWANS facilitators will lead the children through a series of hands-on exercises designed to encourage making decisions that hopefully assist them in developing a healthy lifestyle.

The Healthy Choices Program is lead by Jared Crouch and some of the Swans leading players are allocated supervisory roles including Jude Bolton, Brett Kirk, Jason Saddington, Ben Fixter and Michael O’Loughlin.
