Earth Hour:

The Swans and West Coast game will coincide with Earth Hour, which is a launch of a 12 month campaign to reduce Sydney’s greenhouse gas emissions by 5%. Due to operational and safety requirements at Telstra Stadium the lights can not be switched off however the initiative will be acknowledged on the night. More info.

Swans to wear black armbands:

Sydney Swans players will wear black armbands on Saturday night in respect to the passing of three most passionate supporters of the club. More info.


TRANSPORT INFORMATION

CityRail is running extra trains from Central and Lidcombe stations direct to Olympic Park for supporters travelling to the Swans vs Eagles clash at Telstra Stadium on Saturday night. Remember, all tickets to the match include entry and travel on public transport on CityRail, Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses, regular Sydney Buses, and Sydney Ferries services.

Supporters travelling on the Newcastle & Central Coast and Northern lines should be aware buses will replace trains due to major trackwork. Northern Shore Line services between Gordon and Berowra will also be affected.

Ensure Telstra Stadium is a sea of red and white on Saturday night - bring your bennies for the weather, your flag or signs to show your support and your voice so cheer the boys home. To help you, there will be Swans merchandise available for purchase around the stadium, and remember all sales benefit your Club. Here are the locations:

AUSTRALIA POST SET-UP NOISE LEVEL METERS

The Sydney Swans would like to welcome Australia Post as Match Day Supporter of the game on Saturday night.

As part of Saturday night's activities we are asking our members and supporters to make some noise and show their support for the Sydney Swans.

Australia Post has set up a noise level meter at ground level and we need everyone to use their megaphones distributed at gates B, E, G, H, O and P or for those of you on the upper stadium levels to simply shout as loudly as you can 'go the Swans'.

Watch out for our Australia Post man on the ground at pre-game and 1/2 time and cheer as loud as you can.


FREE MEMBERS CAP, BACKPACK OR SWANS SQUAD COLLECTIONS

Collection points will be set up on Saturday night at Telstra Stadium. Simply bring your redemption cards for the relevant items and present them to our staff and you can collect your entitlements. Please allow extra time to collect your items as these collection points will be very busy.

Collection points will be in the following locations AT TELSTRA STADIUM ROUND 1 ONLY:

- Outside Gate H (North)
- Outside Gate J/K (West)
- Light Tower 4 adjacent to Gate A/B (East)


SYDNEY SERVICE OFFICE LOCATION

If you have a membership related issue on match day you can visit a Swans Service Office for assistance. Swans Service Office will be located on the Eastern side of the ground (train station side) at Gates A/B and be open from 2.00pm on Saturday. Please note: these offices are for membership specific enquiries. For general assistance please approach the Customer Service personnel at the respective venue.


MEMBERSHIP CARDS

If you are yet to receive your Membership Card and have NOT already contacted the Club we need to hear from you. The last lot of membership cards for members who joined up over the last week was posted yesterday via Express Post. All other cards should now be in your hands, unless you have been otherwise advised by a Membership Staff member. If you do not have your card we need to arrange an alternative for you for this weekend. Please phone us between 9.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri on 02 9339 9130. If you have been asked to collect something at our membership service office please arrive EARLY to ensure you don't miss a minute of the action!
