In 2006, the AFL's Heritage Round travels back to the electrifying eighties to remember everything we loved about that decade including football, music, fashion and loads more.

A number of current AFL stars have joined 80's rock star Brian Mannix to form a band to perform during the week leading up to AFL's Heritage Round (rnd 16). Russell Robertson (Melbourne), Aaron Davey (Melbourne), Tom Harley (Geelong), Luke Brennan (Hawthorn), Andrew Walker (Carlton) and umpire Stuart Wenn will join Brian to play a couple of classic 80's songs - the band will play at the official launch of the round early in the week as well as some other appearances in the lead up to the weekend's matches.
