We are seeking to appoint a talented and dedicated Stock Controller to our fantastic LIONS@springwood Social Club venue based in Springwood.
Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant Manager, the primary objective of the role of Stock Controller is to oversee the smooth and efficient running of all beverage operations through monitoring, controlling and managing the levels of all stock across LIONS@springwood site. They are also required to promote and grow the Club’s beverage business, and complete timely and accurate stocktakes at the end of each month. You will be responsible for leading a managing a small team of people.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and needs to demonstrate capability in stocktaking, POS system knowledge, product reporting and analysis, GP levels and percentages and beverage levels and ordering. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong, effective relationships with all stakeholders, particularly external suppliers. You must be RSA &RSG qualified and possess a current drivers license, while RMLV, First Aid and knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety practices are preferred but not essential. You must be able to work autonomously. Line management experience is preferred. Previous Thirsty Camel outlet employees, as well as people with H&L POS and Glycol Reticulation system exposure will be highly regarded. Competency in Microsoft Office suites, particularly Excel, is necessary.
