WEST Coast coach John Worsfold says his club has decided which player it will select at No.4 in Thursday night's NAB AFL Draft.

The Eagles appear certain to lock in talented Victorian midfielder Andrew Gaff, with the coach leaving recruiting manager Trevor Woodhouse and his assistants to make the final call.

"I'm about to meet with them shortly," Worsfold told afl.com.au from the Gold Coast, where he was attending the 2010 AFL Industry Conference.

"But they're pretty much decided, I think.

"He certainly deserves to be a top-10 pick," he added of Gaff.

"The top three appears to be pretty set, so as to what happens after that we'll just have to wait and see."

West Coast will round out three selections in the top 30 of the draft, with picks at 26 (priority) and 29.

Height may be on the menu given Matt Spangher, Tony Notte, Beau Wilkes and rookie Will Sullivan have all departed since the end of the 2010 season.

The Eagles drew some criticism for not being more active during the trade period, but Worsfold has faith in his young group.

"It's exciting to be able to bring some more good young players into our club, which already has plenty of good talent there," he said.
