• Keeping in touch with sporting trends and adjusting strategies to meet the needs of members.
• Enhancing the football club’s strategic position as a key player in the SANFL.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following in your application:
• Experience and skill to lead a diverse and passionate team. You may have previously led an entire organisation or a major division within a larger organisation.
• The skill and energy to engage all stakeholders in building the club’s success on and off the field.
• A mindset that seeks out creative solutions.
• Proven operational competency in key areas of responsibility including governance, operations, finance, marketing and administration.
