Carlton has made three changes for the final home and away game against Fremantle at Subiaco on Friday night. Aaron Joseph and Shaun Hampson have returned to the team after missing last week with injury. They have been joined by Chris Yarran who returns after injury and a couple of games with the Northern Bullants.
Sam Jacobs, Andrew Walker and Richard Hadley have been omitted from the team, all three are expected to play for the Northern Bullants in Saturday’s VFL Elimination Final against Collingwood at Port Melbourne.
