Walters sidelined for Fremantle's clash with St Kilda
Freo loses its leading goalkicker this season for its clash against St Kilda
FREMANTLE's leading goalkicker this season, Michael Walters, has been ruled out of Saturday's clash with St Kilda due to a jarred knee.
The lively left-footer kicked three goals in the Dockers' 74-point win over Port Adelaide last Saturday night to take his 2013 tally to 40.
But Walters copped a knock to his knee late in the game and the Dockers will not risk him this week against the Saints.
Nick Suban has also been ruled out after suffering hamstring tightness against Port Adelaide.
Suban was subbed out before half-time and although scans cleared him of any damage he will not play against the Saints.
All Australian defender Luke McPharlin was tested rigorously at training on Tuesday as he attempts to return from a calf tear he suffered in round 15, but he has been ruled out for an eighth straight week.
Garrick Ibbotson (Achilles), Clancee Pearce (calf) and Aaron Sandilands (cheek bone) are all a chance to play this week.
Ross Lyon told 6PR on Monday night that Sandilands will almost certainly play.
Ibbotson hasn't played since he was a late withdrawal from the Carlton clash in round 19 with Achilles soreness.
Pearce was subbed out of the Carlton clash with a calf problem and hasn't played since.
