THE Sydney Swans have finished the season on a strong note, earning a home final against Carlton, which will be held this Sunday September 5 at ANZ Stadium at 2.40pm, with tickets on sale now.

The Swans have won their past four games, beating top quality opposition and have played four finals at ANZ Stadium in previous years, and won three of those. So action and excitement on the ground is definitely on Sunday’s menu.
