GOLD Coast has extended the contracts of Rory Thompson, Matt Shaw and Aaron Hall until the end of the 2015 season.

The trio of signatures comes hot on the heels of Zac Smith, Trent McKenzie and Seb Tape also agreeing to extensions last month.

Thompson, Shaw and Hall were all instrumental in Saturday night's 13-point win over St Kilda, and Gold Coast general manager of football operations Marcus Ashcroft said the club was thrilled to tie them up.

Locally raised Thompson came to the Suns in 2009 and has since developed from a ruckman into a key defender.

He was outstanding against the Saints' skipper Nick Riewoldt on Saturday night.

"I’ve really been here since the start and it’s been a massive few years and I’m really excited about the future and where the club is heading," Thompson said.

Shaw came to the club as one of twelve 17-year-olds to join the Suns during the club's establishment phase and has played 35 of a possible 45 games.

Hall is the most recent addition, coming to the Suns prior to the 2012 season.

The small forward played eight games last year and kicked the goal that sealed the win against St Kilda on Saturday.

Gold Coast also has Charlie Dixon, David Swallow, Sam Day, Harley Bennell, Tom Lynch, Brandon Matera, and Jaeger O’Meara on multi-year deals.
