An energetic, proactive team player who is committed to delivering quality community programs with a key focus on the City of Casey.
Working with the Community Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and facilitation of community programs that provide real experiences and learning opportunities to the community, while fostering partnerships for the Melbourne Football Club.
Selection Criteria for the right person:
-Tertiary qualifications (preferred) and have considerable experience within the sport, recreation, education or community sectors;
- Proven track record of successfully implementation of community initiatives and strategies within the sport, recreation or community environments;
-Experience liaising with organisations and community groups;
-Strong customer service and relationship management skills;
-Self motivated with strong initiative and accountability for results;
-High level of competency with the Microsoft Office suite of products;
- Great team player who is able to demonstrate the Club's values and behaviours
